The problem
Sitting at desks, driving cars, and hunching over mobile devices has given most people poor posture. This results in back pain, lost productivity and decreased energy.
The solution
Correcting a lifetime of poor posture is no easy feat--it takes time and concentrated effort to re-establish and maintain the beautiful, upright posture that evolution gifted us--and that we seem to have forgotten. The first step is to remember and understand what good posture is.
Posture is the characteristic position in which you hold your body upright against gravity while standing, sitting or lying down. Good posture involves training your body to stand, walk, sit and lie in positions where the least strain is placed on supporting muscles and ligaments during movement or weight-bearing activities.

Good posture involves training your body to stand, walk, sit and lie in positions where the least strain is placed on supporting muscles and ligaments during movement or weight-bearing activities.
Correct posture:
- Keeps bones and joints in the correct alignment so that muscles are being used properly
- Helps decrease the abnormal wearing of joint surfaces that could result in arthritis
- Decreases the stress on the ligaments holding the joints of the spine together
- Prevents the spine from becoming fixed in abnormal positions
- Prevents fatigue because muscles are being used more efficiently, allowing the body to use less energy
- Prevents strain or overuse problems
- Prevents backache and muscular pain
healing movements ProgramDirected exercises, formulated for highly motivated individuals who want to correct their postural alignment and take full command of their physical well being.
how it works |
|
The Healing Movements Program is highly interactive and, even for young fit individuals, will be physically and mentally challenging. The training includes 5 interactive sessions that harness primary human movements that are then incorporated into highly specific postures.
During these postures, the doctor administers Rapid Release Technology and Arthrostim technology to the specific binding points in your musculature while coaching and guiding you through the movements and postures. This process can correct your posture and thereby put you in full control of your physical well being.
Directly following this interactive strenuous phase, the doctor administers full joint manipulation to all the joints in the spine and extremities.
Each session finishes with guided coaching in Foundation-style training designed to give the candidate complete control of his or her unique postural issues and opens up otherwise unavailable pathways to enhanced physical well-being.
