My husband and I have going to Dr. Hastings since 2005. I have had chronic back issues when we started going to Dr. Hastings. During that time I injured my rotator cuff, and was told I needed surgery. I had extreme pain, very limited motion, couldn't sleep at night. Dr. Hastings started to work on my shoulder and today I am pain free, almost no movement limitations and best of all, no surgery! Now we go to him for maintenance. If we have extra issues, he works on taking care of it. My husband and I would definitely recommend Dr. Hastings. He takes his time,and is very thorough. We are very thankful to have found him.

I went to see Dr. Hastings for shoulder pain and limited movement. I hadn't been able to reach in certain directions or put a shirt on over my head without experiencing sharp pain for months. I'd heard that he treats shoulders, so decided to give him a try. After his treatments, I'm 90% recovered, and still am in awe of the results. I really didn't expect it would help, but wanted to avoid surgery if possible. He's professional, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and gave me exercises to do to keep me from having to come back. What a Godsend.

Great Chiropractor and a good man that will help you feel better. I was quite skeptical of Chiropractors until I saw Mark. He is the one Chiropractor that I trust with my body. So far hes helped me overcome back pains that I was having and hes now helping me get over back/wrist/shoulder pains from running into a tree on my bike. I hit the tree yesterday, went in today and my back/wrist/shoulder are all feeling better. I highly recommend Mark, you will be glad you saw him.

This is the best chiropractor you can find. Period. If you have a problem with your joints, muscles, or back, go see Mark before you do anything else. I know it sounds exaggerated, but this guy is seriously the best. I walked in feeling old and broken, and I walked out feeling tall and sturdy, and better informed. Amazing!

Dr. Hastings is quite a character. i've had back and shoulder problems since I was a little kid, and after a few visits, my back was realigned and the pain was gone. He's really talented at what he does.

Mark is exactly the kind of chiropractor I had been hoping to find. I wanted someone who had a background in sports, because as an aging, retired firefighter who still loves to surf, I want to stay surfing and fit as long as I can. Mark has played a huge role in making this happen.
With arthritis and injuries incurred over a 28 year career in the fire service, I already came with a history. The medical community could do no more for me. Surgery and drugs were not on my list of things to do. Therefore Mark, in a big way, was my last chance. Now almost two years later I am pain free for longer periods of time than I have been for the last ten years, and I'm surfing often. That's my proof that he knows what he's doing.

I went to Dr. Hastings two years ago after the pain in my back became so severe that I couldn't stand it any longer. After the first appointment I felt measured relief. Within the first month I was able to return to my normal activities. With Dr. Hastings care I was able to ski for the first time without taking pain pills every two hours. I recently saw Dr. Hastings for a shoulder injury that was causing me to loose sleep. After only two visits I feel like new again. I highly recommend Dr. Hastings.
